Positive: The location of the facility is very good. The landlord is very warm and caring. Everything was thought of in the house and there was nothing missing. Having a balcony is very nice, provides fresh air and comfort for smokers. I would definitely prefer this house when I come to the Bregenz region for a holiday again🙏

Positive: Clean, comfortable and cozy. Very good location, especially winter time it is close to the ski resort bödele. Supermarket and shops are available. Family friendly vacation.
Negative: Ventilation could be better. Bedroom could be warmer.

Positive: The place is even nicer than the pictures, and there is absolutely nothing I would change.
Negative: Warning: while the place is listed as being in Bregenz, it is in Vorarlberg!! If we did not have a car, we would have been in trouble. I would have rated this place as better than 5 stars, but the location was a problem for us.

Positive: The apartment is very good, very clean and cozy. Kitchen well equiped and had TV in the living room and also in the bedroom with great internet. The place is very quiet and it has a supermarket just around the corner. At first we thought it didn't have washing machine, but there is a common space underground where you find all cleaning items you need, including a washing machine.
Negative: A lot of items for selling in the fridge/freezer so it takes space that you could use yourself. In the last day they changed the wifi and didn't let us know in advance, so I was working in could not connect to it.

Positive: A great spacious apartment, clean and quiet. Easy check-in and access, free parking and good Wi-Fi. Many small things are thought about like charging cables for smartphones, etc.
Negative: As an option for further improvement - would be great to have a shoe horn as well :)

Positive: The place is wonderful. It was very clean, warm and well decorated. The host was caring and nice. There is a great restaurant next door and you can park your car for free in the property.
